DO NOT GET SERVICES UNTIL YOU HAVE A FIRM PRICE ON WHAT YOUR WANTING TO GET!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My high school daughter went to get her nails done for homecoming, I called back the next day to ask how much they charge for Dip nails the young lady that answered said it $40 and I proceed to ask why my daughter was charged $58? The lady said because of the length and coffin shape, I asked if they informed the clients of the upcharge. The lady then said it’s up to my daughter to know the cost before she asks for the service, I advised her that it’s their responsibility as a company to inform the clients of pricing and upcharging. I also told her my daughter told the lady that did her nails that they were too long and the lady said that’s the way they have to be. The young lady I was talking to was yelling on the phone and then hung up on me because I was telling her it’s not right to take advantage of your clients by over charging them and then tell them they are getting a 10% discount like it’s a great deal! Never once did I ask for a refund, I simply was informing the lady that it was not appropriate and not everyone gets their nails done regularly to know how much services cost! It’s not right as a parent to treat your child for a special occasion only to be taken advantage of!!!!!!!

I got horrible customer service. They don’t inform you on an up charge and expect you to just know. As someone who doesn’t get their nails done regularly, I don’t always know there will be an up charge because every place is different. I am disappointed they don’t want to try and work with you and try to better your experience. They also were being rude in front of my friend and I, the lady that did my nails grabbed my friends hand and stared at her nails that she was getting removed and threw her hand down and didn’t say anything after words. I am very disappointed and will not be going back.

My mom and I have went there a couple of times before and we didn’t have any complaints but this time around, I got the wrong shape of nails and not what I asked for, my moms nails started coming off within a week, I had to re-paint my toes again within a week as well. without letting us know that there was an increase of price we were way over charged and the quality of work has decreased as well.

I came to get a gel pedicure . Staff literally left me . when I asked for a certain color . No one came back to check on me I would say 10 min when I came to the front .
