So unprofessional and felt so uncomfortable. I booked an appointment with the owner, Chelsea and she was very nice at the start super sweet girl. She then pressured me to get colors, designs I didn’t want. She told me not to get acrylic nails because they won’t look good even thought I wanted acrylic nails. I also wanted matte nails and she told me not to get that either. These were my prom nails, I knew what I wanted I had been looking at inspiration for weeks now. I was so excited to get them done and her attitude and pressuring ruined it all. Not to mention, the design was terrible and looks nothing like what I asked for. Chelsea the owner was FaceTiming people and calling people all throughout my appointment. Her next client showed up and her next client was going to have to wait because Chelsea was still working on my nails. Chelsea kept telling me I was taking too long and blamed me for her not being on time. Her client then walked out and Chelsea then rushed my nails and was very rude to me after. I will NEVER be going back. I got toes done, paid, and left as I could. No tip was left because the service was awful. I wish I could’ve had the experience everyone else had in there amazing reviews.

This is my go to nail salon! It’s the best I have found in the area. UT and Chelsea are my favorites for dip and tips! Everyone is great with pedicures- they even have new chairs! Went here during a long lunch break. Wait was pretty normal time from what I’ve seen going other places. Went in wanting an acrylic fill for my nails but they talked me into using the dip as a fill… Nobody likes doing acrylic anymore… Dip is faster and easier for them so I think it’s their preference. Acrylic is stronger and lasts a lot longer (imo) kinda poopy but that’s everywhere you go. Anyway, Tina did a great job on my nails. They came out very pretty and matched up really well to the picture I brought in. Her art style might have been even better than the pic. She reassured me that if one of these broke or came off she’d replace that one for free. Part of her talking me into dip. I’ll be back, hopefully in 3 weeks not sooner.

Where to begin. This place is outstanding. Immediately greeted with a smile. The employees here are so kind and welcoming. The two receptionists are ever so sweet. The young lady, Amy, who did my manicure was just the nicest person you will ever meet. Likewise with the gentleman who did my pedicure. As humbling as my previous salon is, I find this one much more pleasing and soothing. Definitely will be returning!

I just went in for an eyebrow waxing and the only thing good about it was that it was quick. Bad is that they ripped the skin under my eyebrows, didn’t put on any healing ointment after the wax, and took off the ends of my eyebrows.
