I moved to Missouri from Iowa and have tried several different massage therapists in the area over the past 8 months. Ellen is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. I’ve had many different massage therapists throughout my football and weightlifting career, and I have never had anyone “fix” me like Ellen did. I was having neck and shoulder pain to the point where I couldn’t turn my head to check blind spots when I was driving, and I couldn’t sit at my desk without feeling pain. Ellen scheduled me in the same day, beyond the normal business hours, and really focused on the issues I was having. I left with full Range of Motion. It wasn’t the one size fits all massage that you get at so many other places. She showed me how to stretch afterwards to help prevent this type of pain and suggested a few different ways to reduce inflammation without using ibuprofen. I will definitely be going back.
