I am no longer getting my haircut from BIGGS. He is unprofessional. Saturday I had a wedding reception I schedule an appt for 10, and he didn’t show up until 1145. He left no courtesy call, and didn’t reschedule. Almost made me late for my wedding reception. I don’t recommend working with him. His unprofessionalism almost ruined my day. What makes it worst I tip $20-$30 almost every time I go. Now I’ll be looking for another barber.
