The incredible kind and diligent staff at Signature Day Spa were terrific to work with and saved the start of my parents’ anniversary trip. Due to crazy traffic coming into Carmel my parents were going to be late for their appointment. After calling the team at Signature Spa they confirmed they needed to respond to a few message left earlier in the day and if someone can fill their time slot they won’t be charged and we can look to rebook my parents’ message for another day/time. Luckily, another customer wanted their time slot and Signature Day Spa was able to accommodate my parents the next day for a message. So thrilled that they worked with me to make this happen for them!

Susan was THE BEST!!!! Very strong and did exactly what I went in for. Really helped release the tension in my back. The difference was very noticeable the following day. Of course the massage was relaxing but her hands were just really good medicine for my knots and tightness. Call it karma or call it fate, but after an impromptu decision to organize massages for three couples I found myself at Signature Day Spa. I had explored other nearby options like the creepy venue in a residential neighborhood and a high-end resort in the canyon with no availability when I wandered into Signature Day Spa, a short walk down San Carlos off of Ocean Ave in Carmel. If Carmel were a spa, this would be it – luxe and welcoming. The owner Tonya Montgomery reshuffled her staff and schedule to accommodate us. And we appreciated our good fortune because normally this spa is booked far in advance for good reason. You can’t go wrong with a visit to the Spa. In the future, I’m going to book early and include a stop at Signature Day Spa in every trip to Carmel.

What a beautiful healing space has been created! The perfect music vibes, the decor, amplified by Krystyne. She is an incredible listener and her interpretation of what I was looking for was just right. I have had a lot of hairstylists over the years, both coasts, and in the middle, and she is the best I have ever had. My 86 years young mother adores her too. She has the rare gift of making you feel beautifully yourself. She is a special soul.

My husband and I came in for a couples massage while in Carmel for our honeymoon, and had the pleasure of working with Jessica and Jose. They did a phenomenal job! They were the best massages we have ever received, focusing on pain points throughout and releasing areas where we were holding tension. We immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of once we got to Signature Day Spa and wished we could have stayed longer 🙂 We will certainly come back next time we are in Carmel!
