Signature Cuts

Critical: ProfessionalismI was looking for a hairdresser in the area . I wanted my hair colored .I wanted to go gray .My hair is a med. to drk. brown . I am very lucky I have thick hair or I would have been bald after what the supposedly color specialist Summer Cribb did to my hair . We had a consultation appt. to talk about what I wanted done .I showed her a photo. She said she could acheive this maybe the first session or pretty close maybe two sessions & it would be her only appt. and she would need to buy the right products that would be needed She cut off all of the dead ends .She did a great haircut and it was so healthy with no split ends .Day of appt. 1:30 p.m. She started mixing bleach in the back and came back to her station .She started the foils .I have very thick and long hair .She only mixed very small amounts of bleach at a time. She kept going to the back to mix more bleach several times. I think she may have been on her phone? She never set a timer .She also took another client and haircut, when she said she would clear her schedule and I would be her only client.She went to check my hair & she quickly said we have to get this out of your hair now . After she rinsed my hair there was a sink full of my hair left behind . Then she said that one side didn’t lift right . I was yellow blonde , except one area on the left . She said I can’t let you leave with your hair looking like this !!!! So she said she couldn’t put the gray on my hair and would have to put a very light brown dye on my hair and we could let my hair heal and try later .It is different burnt lengths all over and needs cut off short .So here we are at 6:30 p.m . She said she wasn’t going to charge me the full amt. which would’ve been $150.00 , but $80.00 .Which I paid her & still gave her a $10.00 tip .She has never apologized or tried to atleast offer some deep conditioning treatments or a haircut to try to make this right .I left there 5 hours later with my hair looking worse then when I arrived .My husband was so shocked when he seen my hair .He couldn’t believe a professional could do this and that I paid her to do that to my hair ! My friends went to Ulta Beauty and asked what would be good to put on chemically burned hair . They bought me a really good deep conditioning treatment that I left in my hair two days .We went and spoke to the manager / owner Janice Howard and she said she would call me to make an appt. to give me a haircut to help my hair look better .They have never called or anything . They do not care about how they treat their customers and that is for certain . I only feel it’s fair to warn people about them especially new customers . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI walked in at the perfect time today as I was hoping for a last minute appointment and had never been there before. Summer was able to take me the same day! She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and gave me THE CUTEST HAIRCUT! I CUT 10 inches off to donate to locks of love. She was understanding and helped me with the process. The shop itself is welcoming, clean, and cozy. Picture attached…. but I cannot get over how much I love the cut now. I walked in at the perfect time today as I was hoping for a last minute appointment and had never been there before. Summer was able to take me the same day! She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and gave me THE CUTEST HAIRCUT! I CUT 10 inches off to donate to locks of love. She was understanding and helped me with the process. The shop itself is welcoming, clean, and cozy. Picture attached…. but I cannot get over how much I love the cut now. Thank you so much Summer!

Critical: QualityI got Donna to trim my hair and it was so messed up, instead of straight across one side was really high up and one said was lower, I wish I could post a picture I was so upset after I got home and noticed. I am going back to get someone different to fix the problem.Service: Haircut
