Not only are my eyebrows two different sizes right now! THEY ARE HALF THE SIZE! When I tell you I have never witnessed worse customer service! I asked the lady to just clean my eyebrow up leave them thick and long… I’ve been crying for two hours now they look horrendous! I explained to her how upset i was and she told me she could give me a dollar off… i refused to pay for how horrible my brows looked& when she got the manager she was nearly yelling at me telling me “they looked good for my face” and to “let her fix them”. I refused and told her i wished to leave without paying before I started to cry! Then she yelled and said i had to pay because “ they looked good in her opinion” and “the thinner was better for my face”! NEVER GO HERE!

Just got my eyebrows done, and they look awful. It is place where you don’t want to come back. They just said “sorry”. Meanwhile I have to wait until my eyebrows grow up to be able to fix them. Eyebrow threading

Came here for the first time ever and had Sue do thread on my brows. I really love what she did I’m new to town and was nervous about getting them done but she was kind and reassuring. She did an amazing job, was quick, and the thread didn’t hurt at all like I expected it to being that I haven’t gotten my brows done in about 3 months. Thank you so much! The only thing I would change is maybe washing hands before touching the client everything else was great.

Terrible management. Rude and uncaring for customers requests. Did not deliver the service requested and was told that I was wrong and their way is better. Refused to give refund and created a scene raising their voice at me. Horribly run store and HIGHLY recommend staying as far away as possible.

I frequently come here. These ladies are the best at eyebrow threading! I have also gotten an awesome facial from Sue! She is very professional and I felt so relaxed after. 10/10 recommend a facial with her if your skin needs some attention and you enjoy relaxation.
