I LOVE this place. And I barely wait for 2 weeks before fill-in. As I walk through the door I always see someone that has wonderful customer service skills, and that doesn’t stop there. I prefer to go there between 2 to 4 p.m., but 10 out of 10 I will never go to any nail place other than this.

This place is alright but every time you go here you are charged something different for literally the same service. I will get a regular pedicure with gel color one day and it will be 40. I could go back another day and get the same and it will be 50. This is also the same with the nails.. whenever I go I usually always just get a fill and pick a new gel color & every single time it’s a different amount. One person charges way less and another charges way more & I’m getting the EXACT same service every time. They should be more consistent with the pricing.

This was my first time going to Signature 1 Nails and Spa nails and it was one of the best salons I have ever been to in my entire life! Its barely a wait time because they are so quick to service you as soon as you enter in. They are very nice people whom actually love people so that makes the service even better. Here’s my honest review. This place is very convenient and busy due to the area of which it’s located at. The staff I interacted w/were friendly. This is where it ends for me. The new owners or management have blacked out the doors, the window and have almost cut off all lights involving the nail services they are performing. I’m not quite sure why the use of miniature or bedside lamps are being used as the main source of lighting? Save money on electric cost? Not clue really ♂️The lights above the pedicure chairs are also turned off ♂️Yet the hallway in the back that isn’t even being used is lit up like the Fourth of July? Even the older gentleman walking around the place had to adjust the little table lamp for the nail tech as she was painting my toes ♂️It was really difficult to see how the process was coming along which was bothering me. You should never have to tell a customer If the service isn’t up to par please come back and I’ll fix it. Some nails are darker vs others. Some nails have more polish VS others. It wasn’t really noticeable till I actually got outside in natural light to notice the huge difference.The entire process I felt was very rushed as it’s what I always hear from other people I know who come here for services. Again, convenience isn’t always the best thing. The lighting in your establishment needs to be fixed/put back to how the former owners/management had it. I know I could have came back to have fixed what I felt was less than average, but I felt the re-do process would have been the same. I do give the nail techs kudos though for being able to do what they do for a living, however, the issues I encountered need to be addressed and fixed properly as word of mouth will either make you or break you!
