I was a first time client and booked a 10am appointment with Gwyn for balayage because I had read positive reviews that she was great with color. Upon arrival I waited almost 30 minutes and was inexplicably told somebody else would be doing my hair. I had multiple inspiration pictures showing a copper and blonde balayage melt, but ended up with just freehand chunky highlights that were way lighter at the top and didn’t look at all like what I asked for. Results are disappointing. Very upsetting since this was my first experience coloring my hair and I was charged $200 for “balayage”.

We absolutely love this place. Nikki cuts and colors my hair, and Laila cuts my sons hair. They are kind, they listen, offer recommendations, and don’t have issues with them overlooking clients. I highly recommend this salon. They have something for everyone, hair cuts, color, nails, photography, hair products, and even teeth whitening.

If you have somewhere to be and need an appointment that starts on time, don’t schedule with Carol. She started 50 minutes late with me, while she worked on 2 ladies before me. After someone else washed my hair, I was escorted to a salon chair right beside the other lady she was working on. As I sat waiting, Carol was pausing because she and client were watching sports videos on a third person’s phone. There seemed to be unawareness of consideration of other people’s time…and when she finally started on me, no apology. While she was working on me, two other ladies with hair washed and ready, were seated in places nearby. Sadly, they were Carol’s next two clients, waiting for their turn that would also be very late to start.

This use to be a five star salon but I fear it’s going down hill. Ive had a few issues the last few times I was here, but brushed it off. it got a little ridiculous when my stylist called out and no one informed me until after I arrived. I was able to be taken by another stylist but the whole situation seemed unprofessional.

I have found me a NEW salon!!! I was searching on a Saturday morning for someone to do my hair. I went in without an appointment. I was able to get a service and it didn’t take all day. Saul is great and I am sure over time I will love the results of my hair growth. Oh and the PRICES are really AFFORDABLE!! $57.00 for a shampoo, conditioner and blowout is RECORD! I would be out of $100 or more dollars at other salons in Atlanta area. Thank you for being AFFORDABLE.
