I always had anxiety when it came to getting a massage but Sierra was very professional and communicated everything she was going to do in our session to help sway any underlying fears. Her studio was also extremely calming and inviting. Sierra was able to help with previous back trauma as well as everyday sore and tightened muscles. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know and I can’t wait to go back for continued treatment.
