Let me start this off by saying that I have had horrible hair trauma in the past to the point that I refused to go have my hair touched by a professional for almost 15 years. My sister in law had been wanting to go get her hair done and somehow convinced me that I too needed my hair done. She compiled a list of hair stylists local and told me to choose one. They all seemed okay so I shot several messages off to each one. Kim was the only one who responded to me. I quickly made an appointment with her and the nerves set in. We arrived for our appointment and my sister in law could see my nerves taking over. Kim quickly saw that too and went straight into trying to calm my nerves. She let me tell my trauma and reassured me that that would never happen with her. Well I can say that Kim is now the only person who can touch my hair. She did exactly what I was looking for and gave me the biggest confidence boost. Kim is an amazing person and I am so very thankful she’s the only one who responded to me. Can’t wait to see what she has in mind next time
