My mom has been a client of Holly,s for many years. My mom does not have a computer so she tries to call to make an appointment. After trying for several weeks we decided we would just stop in to make an appointment. Holly came out of her room and just said that she is no longer booking appointments for you guys. We did not know what that meant we asked her but she didn’t answer. She was very unprofessional. My mom always had a good rapport with her and was shocked by her attitude. Very poor customer service

Very private, she got me in quickly for a consult and bc of my hair was able to do a cut before her next appointment. Holly actually listened to me about my hair! I love the style of the salon. The hair cut is in a private room so you feel more personal, more free. I love the place and i love Holly!
