Terrible customer service. Does not answer phones and will not call you back. After leaving several messages to make an appointment I had to go to the shop to make one. Maria promptly canceled it and would not return my calls to reschedule. There are entirely too many salons to choose from for me to beg her to do my hair. Just rude and inconsiderate.
