Unprofessional and always have a different person that can’t braid hair!! $230 just for box braids that they don’t even do correctly!! Yalonda always jumping on another person head without finishing the first person head she already started!! If you’re looking to get braids go to someone else save yourself money and time!!! They give everyone a different price had 2 ppl in my head and they still took 7 hrs!! Kept stopping and starting someone else’s hair!!! Also all braids are different sizes plus some are longer than others!!Dont waste your money or time‼️‼️‼️Also if you’re texting someone while their standing over they will read your messages‼️‼️‼️‼️My back braids are shorter than my front braids‼️‼️‼️The worst service ever‼️‼️‼️‼️

I went in for traditional box braids, paid almost $200 and the braids aren’t what I thought they would be. They are extremely too tight to the point I’m really hoping they don’t rip out my edges. And this is day 3. I complained about them being too tight and both ladies laughed and said I was just tender headed (which I’m not). She did redo a few but it was still too tight. The overall look of the braids is bad. The knots are super big, some braids way larger than others, and the back row is already slipping out. It’s only been 3 days. They don’t look like braids done by professionals. I really wish I could get my money back. The ladies are nice so this isn’t personal but I just don’t like the outcome of my hair.

I went in for crochet I was told that they could do them but they couldn’t I looked crazy with a lot of hair on my head and you could clearly see parts of my hair that should have been covered anyway took them down the same day. I paid still because I’m a just person but my daughter thinks I should take them to court so that the next time a customer ask if they can do something they will be honest. Never going again.
