I contacted this location after having another 8:30 am appointment at another salon. The owner/operator of the salon was telling me that she couldn’t arrange my hair for a style that I showed her. I asked her to make a recommendation for a style for me. She either did not understand my request or I didn’t make myself clear to her. I left, because I was frustrated with her and with myself. I called this salon, Siah Hair Braiding, I googled it, at the last minute and obtained an appointment with these lovely people, after the owner asked me to come in and show her the style I wanted and she wanted to see my natural hair. I drove over there, right away and the owner was nice, friendly, polite and cooperative. The lady there, obtained my hair that I had purchased and asked me to sit in her chair. I did and she proceeded to style my hair. I wanted a braided knot hairstyle and the lady styled my hair the way that I had showed her. I was so happy and I gave her a nice $20.00 tip and the price for my hairstyle was $60.00. I will be going to Siah Hair Braiding from now on. I will not give the name of the first salon that did not do my hair. I will not do that and throw the owner under the bus. I only hope that she will take the time to understand her clients, so she will not miss out on further compensation. I am so very pleased with my hairstyle and it is stilling holding up and is fresh after one week!!

Service was great. I have very short and thin edges, the woman who did the front did an awesome job at grabbing my edges. No hair was left out. My senegalese twists are neat. I’ve been getting compliments all day. I would definitely go back.
