I’ve been going to Jaime since she was down in Champaign and am so happy to have her in the area. I’ve gone to several massage therapists and Jaime is by far the best. She was able to correct my janky neck and upper back issues and I don’t have to sit with my heating pad every day anymore. Her space is always clean and inviting, and she is very knowledgable. Not only is the massage relaxing, but she also pays attention to areas that may be of discomfort or have a lot of tension. I’ve had many massages, and Jaime is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Not only is the massage relaxing, but she also pays attention to areas that may be of discomfort or have a lot of tension. The studio is also extremely clean and in the perfect location.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been getting massages from Jaime since 2017 when she used to work down in Champaign, IL. When I was ignorant to the effects of massage, I started with a simple 30 min. massage with here. Now I am hoping she starts offering two hours massages in the future sometime. She has tremendously helped improve the quality of my life by reducing aches and pains found throughout my body. I have been to many other massage therapists and the results just aren’t the same. Even if I have to commute a little further to her its well worth it. She is very welcoming and easy to talk to! In short, I would highly recommend her for everyone and anyone.Jaime is always trying to improve her technique and understanding of the body. I can recall many instances where she would talk about new techniques she learned from industry seminars. She has applied side lying, cupping, taping and more all in an effort to personalize the therapy for me something that I find lacking when I went to other massage therapists. You can tell that she really cares about her craft!She understands anatomy and the inner working of the muscular system well and knows what activities cause stress to certain areas/muscles in the body. For example, last time I had an appointment she could tell that I had been using a computer mouse a lot based on the tightness in my right arm which is crazy because I had not said anything prior to her about my increased mouse usage from work or that I was right handed. She can offer guidance on your posture, sleeping position, and other daily activities to help prevent muscular soreness and/or pain which definitely increases the value of the message. Speaking of which, if you are not already convinced about the value of her massages, she has a great policy where consultation time is not charged as part of the “massage appointment”. I have been getting massages from Jaime since 2017 when she used to work down in Champaign, IL. When I was ignorant to the effects of massage, I started with a simple 30 min. massage with here.
