Critical: Quality, ValueCalled and they said they cut hair and does acrylic nails. I went, in the middle of putting on the nails, shr only does gel. I said no to accent nail, she did it anyway. Her sister law cut my hair, didn’t know how to cut hair. Cost me 115.00 dollars and will never go back. Shuggz hair salon is the best!! Today was my first time here and I felt welcomed without a doubt. The owner was very helpful and patient with me as I have never had extensions and wanted to try something new. She also gave tips on how to maintain my grade of hair that will help me in the long run. Price are very reasonable for her work as she did such an amazing job with my extensions.

Very Very bad experience paid $140.00 to be dissatisfied. Never got the look that I was suppose to have and the way that my hair still looks now looks like a homemade sew-in. I am highly upset everytime i look in the mirror at my hair because the tracks are showing and hair is bulged out on the sides. Even discussed a consultation with one of the ladies before I went to get it done. Walked through the door thinking I would have a nice look after it was done. Very unprofessional as well wish i could’ve been warned but sometimes you have to learn. Got it done the first time it still wasn’t right had to go back to get the closure straightened up and hair right but it still isn’t like it’s suppose to look. Highly highly upset wanna keep it in but it might be coming out early just for $140.00 to get such a bad job done. Why do beauticians charge so much and the job still isn’t done right? Just saying very very dissatisfied customer. Got a free $140.00 got sew-in done haven’t even been two months and hair is already coming up and messed. GOT ME ONE TIME IT WON”T HAPPEN AGAIN. Doesn’t make any sense.. Very ridiculous… Very unprofessional

I took my daughter to get her hair done probably a week prior to this at a different hair salon where they placed my daughter in a back room with no a/c or anything because they were afraid she was too loud doing her hair my daughter is 4 years old and has autism i was very disappointed with the service there. I was very discouraged until one day I met the owner of shuggz hair salon at a beauty supply Store she overheard me telling the story of this other salon and immediately said bring your daughter to me I’ll personally take care of her. Let’s just say I have been coming here since my daughter loves it here she never liked getting her hair done but this place was all love and she never cries I’ve been so happy to find a place that does not discriminate my child
