I’ve tried multiple times to use this business for brow threading; however, on each occasion I’ve come at 10am the shop isn’t open. I even waited until 10:30. No one ever came. The lack of professionalism and the inconvenience of driving and finding parking at Walmart, is enough for me not to try again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here less than a week ago and had my lashes down by Angel who says that she was the manager. I had the lashes on for 4 days and they completely came off one one eye so of course I had to remove the lashes from my other eye, 8bcame in to make a complaint about what happened and was told by Angel the manager that there was nothing that could be done, if I wanted lashes I’d have to pay for another set. I’ve been coming to this location in Garner NC located inside of Walmart for over 2 years and I’ve never had an issue till now. I asked for information to contact someone above her and was told that I could leave my number and someone would contact me. When to get eye lashes paid like $30 they left like I had weight on my eyes and that black glue stuff I could feel it on my inside eye that day I put it on I had to take it off bc Everytime I blink it would hurt. As you can see I don’t have bigs eyes so the less glue maybe would have been better. I would give no star but I had to put at least one to post my comment and pic NOT the best service and quality

Wouldn’t recommend, threader had a bad attitude, seemed like she didn’t wanna be there and left one eyebrow thinner then the other one, think she could’ve done better but she seemed upset and messed up my eyebrows. Eyebrow threading
