I am a regular customer at Shubh Beauty. I initially picked this place because it was so conveniently located inside Walmart, and I don’t have to make a trip separately for this. But now, I’ve gotten so used to this place. The staff are courteous, quick and efficient. They do what we ask for, and are professional in their services.I am always happy with their work. My daughter comes here as well. I would recommend the place to anyone who asks.

I think they are extremely rude specifically to Indians despite being Indians. Before doing my eyebrows I said please don’t make them thin as I prefer thick eyebrows. She said I can’t grow your eyebrows. I didn’t understand and innocently continued I also have extremely soft facial skin and get cut easily so please be slightly careful. She said don’t tell me how to do my job. I said you are being extremely rude and disrespectful and then she said you can go and get it done at some other place. Just could not believe their behavior as had gone after reading positive reviews but realized she was just behaving this way because I looked Indian and was extremely courteous to other people. Definitely not ever going here again and don’t recommend any Indian going here unless you want to absolutely ruin your day for no rhyme or reason.

This is the worst saloon I ever visited. 0 star is my rating. I always look the recent reviews and comment for lowest review before visiting a place but this time I didnt and it screwed up for me. Very rude and horrible customer service. I visited this place twice and both the ladies were equally bad in talking. They started talking about me in their language which was so frustrating. They were not interested to provide the service they wanted me to leave when I mentioned how I want my eyebrows to be done. Previously when I visited the threading was very painful for me and I got cuts. They were not ready to accommodate customer’s requirements or even listen. I do not recommend anyone to visit this place and I am surprised to see good reviews here compared to yelp as yelp has only 1 star reviews for them.

I always go to Naperville walmart to get my eyebrows, threading, waxing and upper lip threading with Rinku. She always does a great job. She is very kind and nice. She does them just how I like. Never makes my eyebrows too thin and keep them looking natural and it’s doesn’t heart as other salons there I went to ❤️ . If you are looking for a Threding and waxing this is the place. I was there on Friday and got my eyebrows done by Rinku and she did a excellent job. It didn’t even hurt as much as other place. I did try body waxing before too and I had a good experience as well so I highly recommended this place.
