I have never seen anyone threading eyebrows asking customer to sit up straight in a chair not pushing back as though she is cutting my hair .. when I asked she said it’s her comfort does not care about customer or her face .. I was afraid to visit this place again.. this lady named Bavna J is worst I have ever seen , she is rude and plays with your eyebrows ..she does not care about customer .. Not worth it

I give a star because regularly these types of people always work as they want, not as the client asks. In addition to the fact that one can cordially leave them a tip if you ask that the work be done in a certain way and they want to do something else. they are angry and rude they kick you out in a very impartial way it is disrespectful to a customer I had been coming to this place for two years and for this reason I did not return I do not recommend it

The service was good the ladies were nice i liked how my eyebrows looked after tinting what i didnt like was the residue of the tint she used a baby wipe to wipe it off and i also went for the full lash look and was extremely disappointed even after i told the woman i didnt like it she proceeded to donthe other side the glue was clumped and it clouded my vision all she could say is that its going to look that way NONE of their advertised pictures looked like i was left looking . Very dissatisfied.

This place is a gem located in the Walmart in Waukegan. The lady that did my eyes brows, Tint, and eyelashes made me look and feel so pretty since this was the first time getting tint. I think I’ve fell in love with it and I will be getting their services while I’m here. The prices are reasonable as well.
