I went in today, explained my concerns about my brows and the woman doing them was very patient and relaxing. She was speaking to me so the situation wasn’t as awkward when finding a new eyebrow tech. She was also teaching someone, even though I don’t know the language, she was a great teacher too!

The establishment is very clean and they always do an amazing job but the wait is entirely too long. I waited for 2 hours just to get my eyebrows threaded. There is usually only one lady there and I feel bad for her. Wish that she could get some help. Eyebrow threading
