Eyebrows are always good and satisfactory here , today first time I try facial and hair color . It was good experience too . The facial lady Subha, I think it’s a correct name is very nice and excellent at her work . The owner Dipti is very professional and friendly besides manners . The best part their charges are reasonable. The only thing I would suggest them to put any screen or divider at front so it feel little comfortable while sitting inside .

The girl working there Louisa was very sassy,rude and had no manners. No please,thank you, no type of personal skills. She was not friendly at all. Not once did she smile. She also doesn’t know that there are 2 types of threading strings: one thicker string for thicker hair and one for thinner hair. It’s a shame because she’s a young girl who needs better training and is very inexperienced with customer service, or it might be that her personality doesn’t allow her to friendly in the hospitality field. She also asked for us to put our information down on the kiosk system which is actually her job to do not the customers’. Hopefully this place gets more quality and skilled people who will encourage customers to come back.
