I used to love this place as it is neat and properly organized. But off late my experience was not so pleasant. I felt like i was rushed into things. Being hand waxed when your facial is in progress defeats the whole purpose of relaxation during facial. Plus when you have creams on your face you cannot check how many hairs are left unwaxed only to be found once back home. Facial felt like a cleanup not facial was done in less than half an hour. Other places dedicate one full hour when i am paying good amount for facial. Eyebrows and upper lips waxed so badly that it left a small injury mark and swelling on my lips. Either they are not trained to do wax eyebrows or may be in rush. Another thing the person doing the facial should put a mask on their face as they burp and breathe out on client’s face making the whole process unpleasant. For a moment i felt like yelling on this lady for lacking basic manners.I am not sure if I ever be going back to this place,
