It’s been 3sessions I am doing whole body hair removal at this Somerset branch. It’s so far a great experience for the first time trying of hair removal for me. Staffs are very kind and friendly especially Marni. She has been very helpful and kind. Have been through 2 sessions and i enjoyed both the sessions. The process was smooth and fast. Furthermore, staff are very friendly and efficient. They will always ask about the heat before beginning and inform us about the coldness of the gel. This treatment is also effective – hair are growing slower and drop off very easily. Overall a pleasant experience. Love the treatment at datsumo and will highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Datsumo for a couple of years now, and their staff have always been very friendly and professional during the visits. The treatments are effective and mostly painless (though it may take longer for areas with coarser hair), and I’m glad that I no longer have to go through the pain and trouble of waxing off unwanted hair!

Have been using their service for more than 1 year and on my 2nd package with them now. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t have any discomfort with their SHR experience. They do try to suggest ongoing promotion but they do not hardsell. i.e., when I say I will consider it another time, they do not continue or force me to make a decision on the spot. Will continue with their service as it’s been pleasant so far.
