We love our new backyard! Thank you Showcase Pool and Spa. We recently had a gunite pool and pavers installed after years of putting it off. This is the company to use if you want great service with professional staff. Each contractor that worked this project was there when scheduled, easy to work with and did a great job. I am so glad that we decided to go with pavers around the pool. We still have to finish our outdoor kitchen/bar and pavilions but the pictures below show our beautiful backyard with an additional 2000 sq ft living space. We love it and highly recommend you visit this company if you decide to have a pool installed.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismBought a spa had no good advice from manager, no one came to see where spa should go all they want is a quick sale. Will take advantage of anyone. Go to a reputable local company If I could give this spa to someone I would. The spa isn’t that old and the filter setting doesn’t work correctly and guess what there is NO ONE to cover the so called manufacturers warranty.When the cover was attached to the easy open they put the screws in the wrong place so…..The company Marquis spa said they ordered a new lid of course we never saw it.We are certain they over charged for the spa and like I said I wish I could give it away!Bought a spa had no good advice from manager, no one came to see where spa should go all they want is a quick sale. Bought a spa had no good advice from manager, no one came to see where spa should go all they want is a quick sale. Will take advantage of anyone. Go to a reputable local company If I could give this spa to someone I would. Critical: Professionalism, QualityAs someone else said, once they get your money, they are done with you. Pool isn’t even 2 years old and leaks at the bonded seam. Their 5 year warranty is worthless. They told me that couldn’t happen and I just needed to get a vinyl patch kit and find the hole. Not that they had patch kits in stock, they didn’t, I certainly wouldn’t buy it from them. Absolutely NO SERVICE after the sale. My advice is to steer clear of this pool dealer.As someone else said, once they get your money, they are done with you. Critical: Communication, QualityPool railing on top of pool all started crackingat the area its screwed to the metal brackets ,they dont use stainless steel screws ,and no washers were on it.. The cheap screws rhey used all rusted within a year and caused the plastic railings to crack and some broke we spoke to someone there and they were going to replace the railing that was cracked/ broke, but never followed thru.my friend has the same pool from them and hers did the same thing. I recommend if you are planning on purchasing a pool from them buy your own stainless steel screws and washers. We have been trying to get a replacement part from this company that we bought our above ground pool from in 2010, but no luck… ordered the replacement part in March 2020. I’ve called and emailed so many times, never to hear back. When they answer the phone they say they will get back to me, but they never do. Wish we would have read the reviews about this company being done with you after they get your money cause it’s true.

We bought our pool in July 2016 with in a month the pump broke down. Showcase told us that this sometimes happens they replaced it. That was great but, the more time we spent in and around our pool we noticed that the installation crew who is sub contracted did a lousy install on the pump. There was silicone everywhere the hoses are leaking which means my pump will not prime. I had brought to their attention that the seal or what ever is under the backwash was leaking they told me that was normal. Kim was super eager to sell us our pool however; has been rude and refuses to be helpful since. It has been 5 months now. We have a non working pump and a Store that will NOT stand behind the install of their product. Most all business’s have some kind of one year warranty NOT Showcase they want you to pay $99.00 even if you have done everything they tell you to do. We are a very un-satisfied, upset, confused, and down right feel taken family of nine.

I drove from Holt to this company in search of an above ground pool. Not quite sure what I was getting into with going above ground, I was fortunate enough to have Zach as my salesman and the end result is stunning. Syan, the company who set up my pool was not as responsive nor did they clean up their mess and are disorganized but they are contractors and not employees of the company. Syan tried to charge me an extra $150 for PVC pipe that I did not approve and the owner was less than truthful on several facts but this should not reflect on Zachary remained very responsive during this process. I would recommend Zachary and this company to any buyer!

8 yrs I’ve been a loyal customer, but Showcase will NOT fix my leak in spa. Was going to purchase a pool this year. NOT Now. I’m disabled n need my Hottub for my in home physical therapy not for FUN. Been given the run around for going on a month now. I’m so Disappointed in this company. Apparently the services tech is in TOTAL control of what he does not the owner or the manager. Wouldn’t even want them to come out now, I don’t trust them anymore. Goodbye
