Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI love coming here. Couple owned little shop. I’ve been coming for over 10 years now. They don’t do many fancy designs like other shops. But Randy is so precise and good with Acrylics. So I know I’m always walking out happy. I believe they owned the shop for almost 20 years. They make you feel at home. I love coming here. Couple owned little shop. I’ve been coming for over 10 years now. They don’t do many fancy designs like other shops. But Randy is so precise and good with Acrylics. So I know I’m always walking out happy. I believe they owned the shop for almost 20 years. They make you feel at home. Mindy is great in other areas but she isn’t bad in Acrylics.

I came in for an appointment last night. My appointment was scheduled for 5:45pm due to taking a bus but I ended up there early at 5:15pm. I had asked for a black french tip, almond shaped nails. Everything went fine up until the end. I was over charged for the service (full set – $23. I was charged $28.00 without any notification) and when I was drying my nails, the male owner threw me out after a minute of drying. “Ok, you can leave now.” I was not aware that they close their nail salon at 6:30pm. I was rushed out the door and the wife was nice enough to make sure that I was good to go. Needless to say, a few of my nails were smudged and you can tell that the male owner rushed through the entire thing. I would go there again if and only if I saw the wife. Unfortunately, I will be searching for a nail salon that will not rush me out the door and that will not over charge me. I felt like I was an intrusion instead of a customer.

Critical: QualityThe man was a bit rough I showed him the design I wanted and the color I wanted. I got the color but not the design. I asked for a new set to replace the old one but he just gave me a refill. Not what I asked for. The day after one of nails broke and then later the same night another and then the following day two nails are cracked.
