Fast easy initial setup and rarely a long wait for a bed! However I won’t be tanning there anymore. Very poor customer service. Waited an hour for someone to show up to open the store when they were supposed to be open. I get it, stuff happens. After being told would receive a free session for the inconvenience, they then changed their mind and said “we don’t give out free tanning “. So I get that they do not give a damn about the customer

Great value this week thru Feb 8th have specials if you are going to tan now is the time to buy, you don’t have to activate it right away. Through the 8th of Feb super inexpensive single sessions and deep discount on lotions. Lots of beds and about 6 levels. Clean facility and friendly staff. I’m just trying to get a base before first trip to Florida in March, I don’t tan, I just don’t want to burn.

I agree with another customer. Manager is very rude. She stood there while 1 of the staff yelled at me. I found out I was being overcharged for months. Place is usually dirty they don’t clean the beds properly and they’re not in good working order.

Paid more for crappier bulbs just b.c I struggle to clean my own bed, only to come into a dirty bed on several occassions. They said I could clean my own bed if I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness. Refused to refund my money for the month I had paid for and pnly used a few days of. Will never go back.
