I requested and showed the barber a photo of hairstyle that I want. He cut my hair length way shorter than what I’ve request for both side and top. I do feel disappointed but the barber is a pleasant person so I tried to joke a little to diffuse my dissatisfaction.

Des does a great job listening to preferences and making the hairstyle match your head! Very nice fade! I’ve gotten my hairs cut 3 or 4 times now and she has done a great job! Easy to call and schedule. Everyone is friendly. The TV always has something halfway decent on it. Location is easy to get to – right under the Jimmy John’s (entrance is street side). I can recommend them for a solid men’s cut! Good value for as well!

Great haircuts, great service, great people and always feel welcomed. I migrated from other barbershops around town that have been shuttered due to Covid-19. They’ve preserved their business through these difficult times. I’m excited to say that they’ve done a great job because they offer good value with competitive pricing, ability to make appointments or walk in, and experienced, friendly barbers. I’m making this my go to spot for haircuts from now on.

I’m 54 years old and remember my dad taking me to this shop. Although it’s not the same people there as 50 years ago, there’s still plenty of smiles and great haircuts for a great price. There are 4 chairs/barbers, one of which is a woman and I’ve seen her have both men and women clients. Would suggest an appointment as their schedules fill up. They always try to accommodate walk in business, but if they’re booked solid they might not be able to work you in.

Great haircuts, good barbers, entertaining conversation. I’ve been going here for almost 15 years, I’ve tried some of the national chains here and there or if I can’t get in to Shorty’s and need a quick trim… the quality difference is noticeable. I’d recommend calling ahead and scheduling an appointment. I always do and it gets me right in and right out.

What a great place to get a haircut! They take appointment (which is great) and give great cuts & funny conversation. They won’t “force in” walk ins and make you run late for your appointment. And if you don’t ask to get 3-4 different cuts in one setting are very accommodating to your needs. A+++

Today was my 2nd time going to Shorty’s Barber Shop, and I am really satisfied with their service. I used to go to big national chains and never received a good hair cut. Shorty’s is the way to go, always have had a great haircut. Love supporting local businesses as well.

After only ten minutes the man who was cutting my hair, Mike, said he was finished. After looking at the job he did I asked Mike if he could cut a bit more off the top. Instead of doing this he told me that he didn’t want to do it and started to insult me and told me to leave.
