Made an appointment for a friend and I to get a shave before his wedding the next day. Showed up and the place was closed – none of the three barbers showed up that day (per the return phonecall I got back later that day). The gentleman I spoke to on the phone sounded like a very nice guy, but I couldn’t believe the poor customer service on the day of.
