miriam is literally the worst! I’m not even saying that lightly. I typically never write reviews but I had to warn people! Won’t be surprised if my review is deleted bc all the low reviews are hidden. First things first, she will ask about your previous eyebrow person and talk badly about them. And act like she is the best and only she can thread painlessly. She does a decent job, but her fake passive way of talking is unsettling. I ignored her behavior and continued going to her bc I didn’t have another option. But she kept changing the prices each time and when I’d ask her why she would just say it’s the new policy and some bs answer. When I checked with another friend that went to her, I knew for sure she was up charging me and including tip. I’m sorry what?? you can’t just do that and not tell your customers. That was unacceptable to me and when I confronted her she denied it and claimed it was the company’s decision to raise prices. Last I checked she owns the place therefore she is in charge of choosing the pricing. I can’t give my business to people as cunning and selfish as her. Be warned!!!!

I have been using Short Pump Threading service for YEARS and recommend it to everyone! The services are super clean, she is fast, precise and always accommodates when I request an appointment. She takes Venmo which is a perfect way to pay. I highly recommend threading instead of waxing as it lasts so much longer and there is no redness.
