Miriam is good at actual threading but she does a poor job of providing personalized service. I’ve been going to Miriam for almost a year and a half, and every single time, except yesterday’s visit, she’s asked me if I’ve ever been to her before. I understand I’m wearing a mask, but she has been up, close, and personal in my face and heard my voice on a regular basis for more than a year.

My waxes last way longer than 5 weeks after been to shortpump. I really like the regime they suggest plus they don’t force you into buying. Mariam is been doing this for more than a decade and she is indeed the best I have seen in Richmond.

I was a customer of Mariam for years. The pricing always varied and went up several times. She would charge me $21 then go and charge my friend $18 for the same exact service. She also always included her own 20% tip which is strange. Then she would make me pay her cash every time while allowing my friend to pay via Venmo. It was always a hassle to schedule an appt with her too. I finally left and found another salon.

I wasn’t even planning on getting my brows threaded but as soon as she finished with my sister I IMMEDIATELY asked her if she could fit me in. It was so quick and painless and my brows have NEVER looked this good I kid you not if you need you brows done don’t go anywhere else.
