The staff were very kind and friendly – but my lip filler procedure was not okay. It was a couple years ago when I went but after getting lip filler done the correct way since then, I realized how horribly wrong mine went at Shoreline. I went one time to receive juvederm in my lips after seeing the great reviews. Everything went fine but a couple days later I found a hole in my lip with filler oozing out of it. I’ve kept my lips clean and I didn’t do anything that could have caused this myself. I called and went back to Shoreline for them to take a look at it just for them to send me on my way with no refund or any sort of compensation for what happened. My lips continued to ooze (all I could think about was how much money I’ve wasted just for it to come out of my lip days later). I went to CT Medical Aesthetics (highly recommend them) and they told me it was due to improper injection technique. I’ve been getting my lips done there instead with amazing results. Perhaps what happened to me was a one off thing, but nonetheless I can’t go back to Shoreline unfortunately.
