The woman was very nice throughout the haircut, but did not meet my expectations on the actual service. When booking online it states that a wash, haircut, and style starts at $40. My hair was not washed. My hair was cut dry, which some people prefer so that was fine. I had to come back in to ask for the styling to be done, and once I straightened my hair a few days later I noticed that my haircut was horribly uneven. The hair closest to my face was over an inch longer than the rest of my hair. I messaged her to resolve the situation, and was ignored. I’m not the type to leave a bad review, but if the owner isn’t willing to speak to me about the issue then this is my only other option.

The place is very convenient for me and the salon itself is very nice. Staff is very friendly and did a great job even though I barely knew what I wanted. I’d definitely recommend it. I also like the online booking system!
