The service is phenomenal, the technicians are kind and explain everything in detail, and I have seen laser hair removal results with them in less than 1 year. Highly recommend, especially since you can get credit if you refer your friends!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went in for a 15 min laser hair removal appointment. I was on a work break and thought the procedure would be quick. I arrived on time and sat down until I was called in. 15 minutes later and I am still sitting there. There was also no one at the front desk so I went to ask the threading staff if my technician was available and they said she was and that she was with a client. I don’t understand how it’s possible that I made this appointment more than a month in advance and she had another patient at the time of my appointment. I went in for a 15 min laser hair removal appointment. I was on a work break and thought the procedure would be quick. I arrived on time and sat down until I was called in. 15 minutes later and I am still sitting there. Critical: QualityFirst time visited the branch and was very impressed with good hygiene and clean environment. The staff was very friendly and kind. Felt the warmth and welcome right from the beginning. The front desk is separate from the service areas and that was very good. It’s nice and private. Which lacks in most salons here. It was a good experience as it’s the most cleanest and well organized salon I visited after my move from dubai. I had been hesitant as the standard of salons in Dubai are beyond perfect .. but Shobha was amazing and loved how sorted it all was.Only disappointment was the service .. as quick as it was (which is great) the wax was done very poorly. I didn’t realize it until day 3 when I found out all the hairs were not uprooted but were broken midway (like shaving)I had been doing waxing for years and I can tell atleast for 3-4 weeks the hair doesn’t grow back especially in my case where I have got laser done. The hair after laser aren’t coarse and pretty fine and patchy.For the service I paid (which wasn’t ofcorse cheap and the added 20% tip) I deserved better. Let’s say hairfree for atleast 2 weeks. But just day three I started seeing the growth in patches (as some were pulled out of root and majority broken)I honestly don’t know what went wrong as I left the salon happy and content. (It was hard to tell when you are numb and the growth won’t happen instantly in few minutes) but I guess .. what happened was all theHairs were probably pulled in wrong direction or the strip wasn’t rubbed in well after wax application to hold the hair in place good before ripping it off.Whatever the case my happiness lasted 3 days.Was so disappointed when saw the results didn’t even last a whole week.Instead of smooth skin (which is normally how I feel after getting professional wax or even the one done at home) I am all patchy & pricky with blunt hairs growing back within 3 days of my appointment. I’ve never had a bad experience always a very clean, polite, & professional environment but recently i went and got my eyebrows threaded by Pabitra and i must say this was by far the BEST threading i’ve gotten in about 4 years. Not only was Pabitra super kind, very patient and careful with my skin , being that i’m 39 weeks pregnant i was extra sensitive but she literally gave my brows the best shape they’ve seen in years!!!! i do not want to go to anyone else from now on! I’ve never had a bad experience always a very clean, polite, & professional environment but recently i went and got my eyebrows threaded by Pabitra and i must say this was by far the BEST threading i’ve gotten in about 4 years.
