Sho may did a great job on my daughters hair. My daughter is in a wheelchair and cannot sit without me holding her. Sho may took the time to give my daughter a good salon experience.

I was referred by my sister- all I wanted was to frame my face with silver highlights and layers. It was nothing like I requested! Instead of silver, it was blonde. And the layers (if you could call them layers) had no shape. For highlights just in the front, she charged $180. Shame on Sho May for allowing that!!

Usually I have great experience At this salon but this time last week was a horrible experience. My scalp was scalded it was so hot I ended up with 2 blisters on my fingers. I had the people trying to get my head cooled off and my cap off without running my hair. I lost a lot of hair. Then when it came time to pay off course prices went up and I was charged more than usual even after that whole ordeal. Now looking for new salon. They are very friendly however.

I’d Give them a Big Fat ZERO !! So angry ..the old Chinese lady ruined my hair. She should not be in a hair salon!! I want my money back !! I had to go to another Salon to recover my hair cut !! I’m still very angry as my hair is Ruined !!! It will take months for a full recovery !!!
