I went today excited to get my nails done as I haven’t done this in months. They started with the pedicure and it was seriously so rushed and expensive for what I got. I sat in the chair and noticed a hair inside the foot tub. I told the lady and she sprayed it away with the water and put my feet on a towel. She started immediately filing my toe nails and painting , After the polish was on my toes she then turned the water on did a quick scrub, finished up , rushed the whole 52 dollar pedicure and then said done and walked away. I got a French gel pedicure for 52.00 and no “spa” experience. AND two of the toes tips are crooked. While the toes were drying in the little light thing, I had to hold it in place with my foot so it wouldn’t fall off.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a broken acrylic I needed to get fixed, as well as a polish change. The woman started with the dremmel, which felt normal, than she tried to LIFT UP MY NAIL WITH A METRO CARD……..not cool, she then pulled out cuticle clippers and proceeded to CUT MY FINGERNAIL IN HALF. It started bleeding and I yelled, she decided that was a good time to start on the other hand, with one nail hanging off, and my finger bleeding I told her that it was bleeding, she said “oh, ok” and continued to file my other nails. I left immediately. I will NEVER return to this place, and I would highly advise against anyone else goingI had a broken acrylic I needed to get fixed, as well as a polish change. Critical: QualityI think it is important for an establishment to know the quality of work their employees do, which they clearly do not. They clearly do not care about their customer’s experience because they just hand you off to people who have no idea what they are doing. I am officially done going here. I do not make appointments with specific people but I don’t think I should have to. I should get quality work done no matter who takes me. I have had my nails done in the past and it looked like my nails were done by a 5 yr old. I had a powder gel manicure 5 days ago and the gel is just popping off like I bought a press-on set from the drug store. Gave 2 stars for the fact that you can get nice work done, if you get the right person.Service: Gel manicuresI think it is important for an establishment to know the quality of work their employees do, which they clearly do not. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was really excited to have my nails done after not having them done for three months. They have lots of hidden fees. The gel manicure should last about two weeks. The one I got lasted four days. We had an appointment for my boyfriend’s mom, sister and me to have manipedis. They took my boyfriend’s mom 40 minutes late and when she asked to have a treatment done they blamed her saying she should’ve came earlier and said they were closing and can’t do it. Very rude!!!! Unprofessional! Will not be coming back!!!I was really excited to have my nails done after not having them done for three months. They have lots of hidden fees. Very inconsistent depending on which tech you have. Had an awful pedicure and then was given attitude when I asked for it to be fixed. Tiffany is especially rude. I told her many times that certain things were painful/uncomfortable when using the tools to prepare my nails for powder gel and she literally said there’s no way this can hurt and she continued to be very rough and basically filed off the top layer of my skin surrounding my cuticles. Highly advise to stay away from her if you have concerns about getting cuts/abrasions. She also doesn’t ask what shape you want snd just proceeds to shape your nails into this awful slanted square. Never returning here again, and I went at least 5 times because of convenience but I’d rather drive 20 more minutes to get the service I’m actually paying for and not be treated like they’re doing me a favor.
