My wife said the manicurist was rude and kept yanking her fingers and squeezing them hard. She told the lady to be gentle because she was hurting her fingers. The lady just got angry and walked away. My wife just wanted to relax and get her nails done. She came home upset. Do not go to this salon, please find a friendly place that is professional. And trust me I didn’t want to leave this star I had to just to make the review zero Stars I gave this place.

I asked for the first one and got the second. I got them done for a job interview I had. When I was getting them done I couldn’t tell that they had shaped them like that, not what I asked for at all. They dont tell you the real price when you call and get pricing. I went in for a fill and got design and different colors. They charged me 38 dollars. When I asked how much it would be for a regular fill with no design and one color, he said oh so 15 plus 13. He charged me 2 dollars to cut my nails. That should be included. I decided I didnt want to come back. They look good but WAY too overpriced. I could have gotten a new full set for the same price and differenct colors and a design at my other shop.

Awful customer service. Extremely rude manicurist cut me looks and me and instead of saying “oops” or “sorry about that” she starts scolding me about moving. I was holding perfectly still.. who moves around while getting their nails done..? Then she continues to complain about how I’m holding my hand. Over all a bad experience and my nails don’t even look professional they’re crooked and I know she seen I just wanted to get out of there. Never going back and I would advise anyone not to.

Not only did the lady doing her eyebrows make very rude remarks, but she also sat and did nothing as three other ladies getting pedicures in the back made rude comments of their own, making fun of her the whole time. And on top of that, they did a terrible job on her eyebrows, and in the end, overcharged her for it all. She came home crying. For a service dedicated to self-improvement when it comes to looks, you do a horrible job when it comes to making people feel secure with their decision to use your services. I think it’s fair to say that neither her nor anybody I know will be coming here again. Thank you for nothing, and I hope you can sleep at night knowing you ruined someone’s day.EDIT: She has gone here before. Not only did the lady doing her eyebrows make very rude remarks, but she also sat and did nothing as three other ladies getting pedicures in the back made rude comments of their own, making fun of her the whole time.
