I generally use a salon multiple times before I leave a review. These two, John and Nhi, have been fantastic every single time I have gone in. I have taken in photos off the internet and ask them to recreate very elaborate art, I have asked them to design art on the fly and additional nail services. They have always been happy to do whatever I’ve asked, they have never said no, I have always walked away happy and felt like I got more than my money’s worth. I have always found them to be friendly and accommodating and accurate with their time estimates especially when setting an appointment. They don’t overbook to the point where no one can actually have their appointment on time which matters a great deal to me. I cannot speak to their repair policy as I have never needed a repair from any work they have done, that was not my own fault. I have even left the designs on for up to four weeks because I loved it so much and the Polish still held up great. The only reason I took it off was because my nails grow out too far. I am happy with finding them near my house and I have no plans to go anywhere else. The place is clean, the prices are reasonable and the people are friendly which I appreciate. Thank you, shiny nails, I appreciate what you guys do and how you treat me and the other customers.

I got a gel manicure last weekend, and all of them have chipped, cracked, or come off completely. I went in to get them fixed once and they only fixed two of the four that had cracks. The other two only got new top coats despite’s cracks throughout. Then the nails just got worse and worse. Unless you want to make multiple trips to get your nails fixed, I wouldn’t recommend coming here

Not a good place. I got a mani – pedi. I didn’t want color on my finger nails. I asked to have the buffed & then shined but was told they couldn’t locate the buffer??? So I paid $85 and got no color or clear on my finger nails. Didn’t do a good job.
