Friendly service and high quality work. The salon is always very clean. My only complaint is that they regularly overbook themselves, so you’ll make an appointment but then end up waiting for a while before they get to you. My friend set up an appointment for her and I to get pedicures and afterwards we both got our nails done. My friend goes here regularly. Super friendly service! The gals that did our pedicures were super nice and did a great job. This was my first pedicure so I was a little nervous but overall I had a great experience. They recently got new chairs and the chair massage function is really nice.

I left one review a while ago and they were great! I stopped going however because the last several months of going here was very disappointing. There’s really only one nail tech I’d ever want to see, the rest really weren’t that great. They weren’t all BAD necessarily but I’m kind of particular with nail shape and only the one could do that and designs. There were 2 but the other one left some time ago unfortunately and that’s when quality really went down hill. You can call and make an appointment but that really doesn’t mean anything. They don’t write it down, and they don’t get any information from you beyond your name. (I know they don’t write it down because I’ve heard girls take appointments over the phone and hang up doing nothing with that information) If you go at your appointment time there’s no guarantee you won’t be kept waiting, I waited over half an hour for my scheduled appointment once. They take any and all walk ins, which wouldn’t be a big deal if it didn’t mean people who call ahead didn’t get seen when they asked for it. The reason I stopped going however, the only girl I liked going to would be too busy so the last 5 times I went I saw her once, she was great it was perfect, the other girl I saw made me actually bleed each time I went, the last time I went she made me bleed twice and left me with sore fingertips for days. I feel bad for the one who actually does her job well, I wish her all the best but I can’t keep rolling the dice and hoping for the best when I know next time I’ll probably just be cut again if I see any of the others. The only guy who works there is also the absolute worst, I’d recommend asking for ANYONE but him. He’s rude, he cut me once, didn’t understand what a French manicure was, and then when I said white tips MULTIPLE times he still SECONDS later tried to put black on me. The manicure was just absolute trash and he will grip your fingers so hard all the blood will drain from both of your hands and again, you will be left sore for days after. If they try to seat you with him I HIGHLY recommend you pass and wait however long it takes for anyone else. One hour for a poorly and incorrectly done French manicure, the most basic of manicure, is unacceptable.

Always a excellent service. The technicians are friendly and know me when I call. They are knowledgeable on all techniques and I’ve seen them do beautiful designs on clients nails. My husband gets a pedicure and says it is Heaven. We’ve found a great home.

This has been my go-to place for nails for a couple years now. I moved from Lincoln a few months ago but still plan my weekend around making a Saturday trip to get my nails done. I’m pretty picky but have had a good experience with every single nail tech here doing good work – nicely shaped and filed and it’s rare that I get any lifting. They know my name now and are really good about working me in. Wish they had a few more techs so they could rotate and be open on Sunday too! 🙂
