Shiny Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhite nails turned YELLOW after 3 days EW. Cheap products. Rude and unprofessional service.This was the worst SNS manicure I’ve ever had. And I get my nails done often. To start the lady doing my nails showed the design I wanted to another lady to confirm she could do the design part. Without hesitation she said yes she can do it.The manicure part was okay. She did a good shape but she rushed through the process of the dip and shaving thing part. Then after she brought me over to the lady to do the design they discussed the price they’d charge me right infront of me. Although the girl who did my nails said clearly 45 dollars two times the girl doing the design told her she should upcharge me for added tips however they are my real nails she only added one tip to a broken nail an told her no it’s 45. Then again she said well don’t you want to add 5 for the shape? And the original tech said no because that was already her shape. Crazy to have that kind of conversation right in from of me.The worst part though – the lady did one design just fine and as she did the other I corrected her on a part she was adding that was just a reflection of light in the picture I showed her and not in the actual design. She shoved her chair back and literally threw a tantrum telling me there’s no way she can make this design perfectly. So immature and unprofessional and very uncomfortable. It was a really simple design as you can see from the picture. After her tantrum she reluctantly did the rest and by that time the girl who did my actually nails had already left.3 days later my white nails have turned a gross yellow color. That’s never happened to me before and I get all white often. Clearly they are extremely cheap in the products they provide. Ew. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.
