I really like this nail salon. The one woman who assigns nail techs seems to always be in a rush, which I guess she is. Regardless, the interior is very nice and the employees are as well. I especially like the way the one guy (I wish I knew his name) did my nails most recently. (The white and “Aloha Hawaii” set, ANC manicure). I have gone about 3 times and they gave me like 3 coupons in 2 visits. Other people I know of love it here as well.

Everyone there seemed very happy! I have to say it was one of the best places I’ve been to in a long time! Inside it is very clean and their options for nails/nail color is outstanding! I definitely recommend going there, and I can’t wait to go back! Dip powder

I’m so happy that CC did my Easter nails. They came out awesome. I just love them so much. I found a new home to get my nails done. Everyone there are so very nice, helpful, polite, considerate & caring! CC also did my nails for St. Patrick’s Day. I had a lot of Complements on the color & design. I highly recommend Shiny Nails to you all. You will be very happy that you gave them a chance.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWould give 0 stars if I could, it was absolutely terrible. The man who works at the front drilled into my nail bed and caused this to happen. It was my first time getting ANC and I let him know that. I kept wincing in pain when he was using the filer at the very end and he told he to “relax”. It felt like he was burning me and that should not have been the case. I knew nothing of the marks on my nails until I soaked off the ANC and saw the damage he did. It is super deep and the texture of my nail is changed. I will literally never recommend this place to anyone. What happened was very unprofessional and shows he is clearly incompetent to do nails. He was answering the phone the whole time and the salon was not very busy so I’m sure someone else could have done that. This was my first manicure since March and COVID and I am very pleased with my experience! This salon followed all protocols for covid and was very clean. They asked me to fill out a questionare when I arrived and asked if I had recently traveled. I was a little unsure what I wanted but had the help of 3 ladies at one point to help me decide what was best! I got ANC and used the 30% off coupon I found on google. They also give you another 30% off when you leave and a visit /punch card I would really recommend this to anyone who is nervous about going to a nail salon again as I felt very comfortable. Make sure to ask for Zhu when you go, she did a great job!
