I would never recommend anyone go here. The service was absolutely terrible. I showed this woman a picture of how I wanted my nails done, and she just painted them all white. I complained to the woman by the counter and she persisted along with the nail tech to tell me that I was wrong when I am the customer and I know what I wanted. I had the nail polish removed and she just left them that way. No polish no clear coat no finishing no anything, she did nothing to try to make the matter any better nor did any of those women try to empathize with the situation. I will be informing the International Nail Technician Association regarding this matter. They should be shut down. I am highly upset, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life time. Those women should not be working there. This occurred 12/20/2018 around 7:50 pm

I had a very bad experience. I’ve never had my nails done so horribly!!!!! I wanted a fill in and pedicure. The acrylic was very thick and uneven , my nails were filed unevenly , the French tip was painted unevenly. I’m unsure if that specific tech was the issue or if the quality of work is like that from all of them. The polish for my pedicure looks terrible. $70 and three hours later I still left Dissatisfied and will not return. Now I have to find a nail salon to fix this and pay even more money. Smh. Oh and the gel polish chipped off several fingers the same day. I only provided 1 star because the tech did try to fix it but she should not be doing nails. I’m sorry.

I was very upset when my powder nails were falling off and cracking after 1 week. When I asked to get them fixed, they did the ones that came off but didn’t acknowledge the others. I asked if they could work on the others as well but they left me at the table and began working on another client without speaking to me. I was shocked and left without a word. You don’t treat people like that.
