Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueCalled my myself giving this place the benefit of the doubt. But Owner Cindy is very unprofessional. She laughed and talked the whole time with other employees not paying attention that she cut me 2x. She took over an hour on my nails. Cindy makes up her own price. A few weeks back I got the same exact thing, length and all. Soon as she got paid she had the nerve to be a smart b*t*h after I told her about it. Never again will I do business here. Called my myself giving this place the benefit of the doubt. But Owner Cindy is very unprofessional. She laughed and talked the whole time with other employees not paying attention that she cut me 2x. She took over an hour on my nails. Cindy makes up her own price. The lady doing my nails that wears the glasses is very unprofessional and don’t make you feel welcome at all. She was very harsh with my nails. She cut me while doing my nails and didn’t acknowledge it or said sorry until I told her about it. The lady that did my pedi was friendly but she did a horrible job on my pedi. I went in on 6/29 to get a pedi, full set and eye brow wax. The lady doing my nails that wears the glasses is very unprofessional and don’t make you feel welcome at all. She was very harsh with my nails. She cut me while doing my nails and didn’t acknowledge it or said sorry until I told her about it.
