The massage was pretty light, not my usual medium to hard foot massage. Seemed more for someone who simply needs to relax. I got my usual 60 min foot massage. Here it’s $35, which is the going rate these days. I just needed more, well, massaging of the feet. She mainly rubbed my shins and top of my foot, no deep diving into the bottom of the foot. Ah well, on to the next spot.

They tried to upsell me as soon as I walked through the door, and seemed disappointed when I declined due to an injury. The massage itself was lame and amateur and it was obvious they didn’t care about the job they were doing. Then, even after I gave a generous 25% tip, they had the nerve to give me grief about it!! Great customer service for a great price l. They have a rewards program for every 10 massages you get 1 free. I got a combo massage that even included hot stones that helped me out with some neck pain I was experiencing. It’s right in my area and I will definitely be coming here again.

I lift 6 days a week. Finding someone in van nuys that could give a legit deep tissue massage was a hassle. Most places around here barely give what I would call a massage. Shiny foot on the other hand compares to massages I’ve received at high end expensive places. Hands down the best massage around I go here once a week at this point. I would tell you the person I use every time but then she might not be available next week lol. Either way I’ve been to 3 different ones here all which were great experiences. 5 stars
