I used to go to this nail salon years ago when Sharon and her husband were the owners. I was in need of a pedi and gel manicure and the same (reg mani) my lastpfor my 6 year old for her kinder graduation treat. We didn’t have an appointment and we’re started with my pedicure (they told me once their appts came in they would have to take them & I had no problem). They took the gel off my hands first before my pedicure btw. My daughter had her feet soaking n was getting restless after almost 2 hrs but they painted her hands and feet at my request. Since she was so tired of being there I told them I’d come back for my gel mani and they agreed. I paid for my daughters services and wanted to pay just for my pedi but she asked me to pay for the mani altogether and I agreed and paid. NOW that I’m off work after like 4 days and call to book my mani they say I NEVER paid!! How irritating and unprofessional. Then she proceeds to hang up on me as I’m explaining I did pay. DO NOT GO HERE I don’t recommend it. Nothing like the old owners! I’m at PK NailSpa now getting a gel mani ✌

I took my daughter for acrylics for the first time. She was slightly nervous and the product was stinging one of her fingers where the buffer had hit the skin. There was zero patience and my daughter was talked down to. They did not even give her a minute before insisting on removing it. She was made to feel very uncomfortable and like she had done something wrong. She was very excited to have the nails done and after that experience I don’t think she will feel comfortable doing it any time soon. There is still bits of the acrylic under her nails. Would not recommend.

Critical: Quality, ValueWent with my sister to get our nails done… mine (purple) were already done just needed a refill.. I wanted marble design but no one could do it and they charged me $10 dollars extra for the dark purple lines that aren’t even.. my sisters nails are all uneven thickness they refused to fix imperfections and the “leaves” weren’t redone when asked to fix them.. pedicures were fine but when I told the lady she hurt me with the nail file scraping off my skin she hit my foot and said “shh it’s ok” will never be going back and highly do not recommend!!!!
