for my first time visiting to get a manicure, i decided on shine’s because they’re nearby after moving recently and have great reviews. judging from reviews and how bad my experience was here, i think i was very unlucky and am sure most people who visit would have a much better experience. however, i’m still pretty unhappy about how i was rushed out and rung up for something i didn’t want. i won’t be visiting again.
