Tracy has the most amazing, magical hands I’ve ever have felt in a masseuse. Tracy is so much more that a massage therapist. She is a healer. I’ve been to her twice in two months for some deep tissue & stress point massages. Not only are the muscles less tense, but I feel lighter than air each time I leave. The feelings don’t stop there. The work Tracy does has enabled me to move more fluidly than I have in ten years. My attitude is better for having the pain relief. Each time I move around for the seven days after, it doesn’t hurt! I’m amazed at how much better I feel already in just a couple of sessions. If you need any work of any kind, muscle issues, lower or upper back pain, neck pain from sitting at a computer all day, fatigue, sore joints, & just general blah-ness, Tracy has the tools to flip it all around & make you feel like a Super Hero! I’ve been visiting Tracy for many years for facials and massage. Her bed is soooo soft, comfy, and warm. My face looks and feels amazing after I get a facial. I am so grateful to have found such a gentle, knowledgeable, and experienced skin care specialist. Luckily I don’t have chronic problems with my back and muscles, but the handful of times that I have had issues, she has been able to squeeze me in quickly when I’ve had knots and nerve pains, and has cured me so well that my massage appointments are very infrequent. I used to always have knots in under my shoulder blades, no more! I highly recommend Tracy and Shine Your Light for anyone needing healing or some pampering.
