The other stylists and staff are always friendly and greet you with a warm smile. I look forward to my return visits as it gives me time to relax and be pampered. Kylie is fantastic with lashes. She made me look great for my wedding. Also the lashes didn’t feel too heavy, she gave me exactly the look I asked for. I did a test run before the wedding to make sure that I wouldn’t be allergic to the glue. Then she touched up with a fill right before the wedding. I highly recommend her and lash extensions.

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00pm. I checked in via text at 2:42. At 3:17, I received a text to come in, that the stylist was ready. She wasn’t, and I was told it would only be a few minutes. A few minutes went by and another stylist told me to please sit down because it would be a while. A young lady came up and mumbled something, I thought she was talking to the receptionists. She then asked for Shirley and walked away. At 3:32, I told the receptionists that I was leaving that having to wait 30 minutes was unacceptable, and being texted to come in when the stylist wasn’t ready was extremely unprofessional. Clearly the communication at your salon is lacking, as the stylist I was scheduled with messaged me saying she was ready for me a little after 3 and then sent someone up to get me, who I’m assuming is the young lady who was very hard to hear/understand.

I received a gift certificate for a “Luxury Spa Day Package”. It included a massage, facial, mani-pedi, conditioning treatment and style. It was anything but “luxurious” I was looking forward to relaxing, but that was not the atmosphere. The massage was the worst massage I’ve ever had, she was basically scratching my back and scalp the whole time, it was terrible. I asked for more pressure to no avail. She was for some reason using hot towels and would leave them on until they were cold towels. Relaxation was out the window.The facial wasn’t bad, but they were washing things in the sink mid facial dripping things down my eyes and using cold (like freezing) oil for everything. My mani-pedi look decent, I still have cuticles that should have clearly been removed before the treatment was over. After my conditioning treatment I was stuck under a dryer with soaking wet hair and my clothes were also soaked. I do love the conditioning treatment, my hair needed some moisture. On my way out they asked me how everything was and I said it was ok, not very relaxing. They asked if I wanted to schedule anything else and that was that they didn’t care to get into detail. It was NOT worth the cost of the package. Very disappointed.

I’ve been coming here since it opened. I actually followed Ashley from Scot Talbotts from literally just one interaction for my sister’s wedding back in 2010 when she worked there (when you know you know). It’s amazing when people know you on a first name basis. With Ashley, the pup, and Angie, there is literally no place I’d rather be, and no other salon that will EVER touch my hair.
