I contacted salon for my appt. for full service hair needs a day before and literally my time was honored! Furthermore, the ease of making/booking appointment was super convienent and easy to do on their website!In addition to my positive experience so far, (And I havent even stepped foot into salon yet)! my hairstylist , “Fara” was phenomenal!Fara really listened to me at length, she communicated working with me to fit my needs so that we both were on the same page. Fara studied the video of the hairstyle I sent to her, furthermore when we consulted in person, Fara EDUCATED me step by step on the hair cut I desired and taught me everything I needed to know to make this new “do” the best look for me, bringing it out to it’s fullest potential!Moreover Fara took her expertise with her salons hair products to show me and teach me what product was, what step I needed to use the product in my hair routine, how to use product properly and why I should incorporate it with my hair style up keep.What I got from this positive first time salon visit experience, was genuine personalized customer service and a new friend who truly cares about the quality of services and service they provide for their clients!(I already look forward to my next appointment scheduled in the books)!This was service excellence delivered in it’s finest form!First experience was an all around homerun!
