Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueShine salon is not only great location and great parking but the staff is amazing. So nice to be in a positive environment where it seems that the entire staff loves what they do and love working with each other. Kristin is my stylist and I absolutely LOVE her and her passion and talent. She makes me feel and look beautiful each time I go in! She is also amazing at men’s cuts she cuts my 5 year old and he looks I’m the mirror and says “I look good” ! I can not say enough good things about this salon, the owner, and the staff! Shine salon is not only great location and great parking but the staff is amazing. So nice to be in a positive environment where it seems that the entire staff loves what they do and love working with each other. Kristin is my stylist and I absolutely LOVE her and her passion and talent. She makes me feel and look beautiful each time I go in! Positive: ProfessionalismI have been seeing Dawn, the owner of this business, since ~1988. She has never given me a bad cut, style or color. I have followed her to 3 or 4 establishments and am glad to see she is finally the sole owner of her own shop. Also, I drive about 1 hour each way to have her cut my hair. It seems that should tell you of her professional ability. I don’t understand the negative comments here. I have been seeing Dawn, the owner of this business, since ~1988. She has never given me a bad cut, style or color. I have followed her to 3 or 4 establishments and am glad to see she is finally the sole owner of her own shop. Also, I drive about 1 hour each way to have her cut my hair. It seems that should tell you of her professional ability. I don’t understand the negative comments here. One day when I was eating a sandwich on her bench out front, she came out and gave me a 10% off card. I thought at first she was going to give me a hard time for using her bench. And to be fair she could have. Instead she won a customer.I tried them out and really love what they did to my hair. They also didn’t over sell me. They did a great job with my hair! The owner is also very friendly. One day when I was eating a sandwich on her bench out front, she came out and gave me a 10% off card. She was so precise in her foils and blended my colors to look so natural. My bright blonde hair is not easy to make look thick, but her ability to add so much dimension took my hair to a whole new level. The salon was very clean and so cute. Today I got a full highlight/lowlight by Casey and I love my hair! She took her time to go thru color books and listened to exactly what I wanted done. She was so precise in her foils and blended my colors to look so natural. My bright blonde hair is not easy to make look thick, but her ability to add so much dimension took my hair to a whole new level. The salon was very clean and so cute.
